TERMS

Terms of sale

These terms of sale (“Terms”) govern sales made on the Make Anything Great Again website between [Nom de la société], hereinafter “the Seller”, and any natural or legal person, hereinafter “the Customer”, wishing to make a purchase.

1. Purpose

These Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties for online sales of garments personalised through embroidery. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Products

Products on offer are garments (t-shirts, caps, hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers) embroidered to order based on the text entered by the Customer in the configurator. Essential characteristics (material, size, embroidery options) are described on the site. Photographs are non-binding.

3. Orders

The Customer places orders directly on the site. Before final validation, they have the opportunity to review the order details and the total price. Validating the order implies acceptance of these Terms. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the Customer.

4. Pricing

Prices are listed in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT), excluding shipping fees. Shipping fees are shown before final validation. The Seller may change prices at any time, it being understood that the price displayed on the site at the time of the order is the only one applicable to the Customer.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card via the Stripe payment provider, in a secure environment. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted where available. The order is only confirmed once the payment is captured.

6. Shipping

Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer at order, via Colissimo. The indicative timeframe includes production (5–7 working days) and transport. The Seller cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods produced to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised. Custom-embroidered products are therefore neither returnable nor exchangeable, except for manufacturing defects.

8. Warranties

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code) and from the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). In case of defect, the Customer must contact the Seller as soon as possible via the Contact page.

9. Personal data

Collected data is necessary to process the order. It is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, French courts will have jurisdiction.
